How to Specify an Insulated Corrugated Box
The dimensions, board grade, flute, liner, closure, printing, and packing details buyers should confirm before sampling.
Start with the internal dimensions, packed product weight, target temperature range, expected transit time, and shipping method. Then select the corrugated grade, flute combination, MPET liner, EPS layer if required, and closure format.
Artwork, printing process, sample type, order quantity, and flat-pack requirements should be approved before production scheduling.
